01 WHISPERING VOICE
I want to wake up,
And start a pleasant day,
So I’m filling my coffee cup,
That’s made from elegant clay.

But it’s incomplete,
My morning ain’t finished
Your whispering voice I can’t delete.
In my mind, it’s reminisced.

Inspired by your voice,
With a new poem it’s time,
Oh, Switchfoot plays and they rejoice,
While I’m scribbling proper rhyme.

I heard you I thought,
And so I turned around,
Surprisingly, I’d spotted nought,
Only sweet whispers rebound.

As calm hours pass by,
I still hallucinate,
I hear your “Hello” and “Goodbye,”
And your sigh so intimate.

Darkness is rolling,
But your murmur maintains,
As the king of stars is hiding,
Behind forests and mountains.

Cool is the evening,
While I’m lying on bed,
Still your voice in my ear whis’pring,
Can’t get it out of my head.

Your voice on my mind,
And in my heart I keep,
In my dream your whisper I’ll find,
As I close my eyes to sleep.

I set a charm to the top of your head, to the sole of your foot, to each side of your breast, that you may not leave me or forsake me.
